Course Overview

This course builds an end-to-end view of supply chain and logistics management. You will study strategic fit and performance drivers, demand planning and S&OP, inventory planning under uncertainty, sourcing and coordination, the logistics ecosystem, logistics service design and transportation fundamentals, transportation planning and multimodal trade-offs, and integrated logistics performance.
